Rules of anniversary convoy
ConSec and VDS are our Convoy-Security this year!

These are the rules for our anniversary convoy this year (10th August 2019)

TeamSpeak3-mandatory!

1. Driving behavior

1.1 Ramming is not allowed.

1.2 Overtaking is not allowed

1.2.1 with exception of ConSec and VDS.

1.3 You are not allowed to horn unnecessarily.

1.4 Keep your beacons off

1.4.1 with exception of ConSec and VDS.

1.5 All vehicles have to drive with driving light (dipped beam) switched on – also during the day.

1.6 You have to hold a safety distance of 100 – 150 meters.

1.7 When the convoy is standing switch on your warning lights.

1.8 The White Dragons and the ConSec/VDS have the right for driving wrong way to make video recordings or for safeguarding.

1.9 The ConSec/VDS will possibly give directions by blocking other routes.

1.10 Security vehicles MUST HAVE “>VDS<“, “ConSec”, “ConSec >VDS<” or “>VDS< ConSec” as InGame-Tag to be identified as security by TruckersMP-Team. In doubtful situations there will be communication with the convoyleader and consequences will follow.

2. Speed

2.1 The speeds will be given in Teamspeak (possibly through chat by ConSec and VDS).

2.2 On the motorway min. 60 km/h (if possible)!

2.3 You have to ‘exceed’ the speedlimit till you reach again the convoy when bigger gaps arise.

Please keep in mind that the synchronization isn’t similar at everyone so don’t drive directly 110 km/h so that the accordion effect isn’t too intensive.

3. Participation

3.1 Participation without a trailer is NOT allowed – It’s driven without cargo!

3.1.1 The trailer ‘concrete mixer’ is NOT allowed

3.1.2 No heavy haul trailers!

3.1.3 No Double- or Tripletrailer

3.1.4 The security vehicles (ConSec/VDS) will not have a trailer.

3.2 The usage of the communication program TeamSpeak3 is mandatory

3.2.1 The usage is also mandatory if you can only listen.

3.3 The participants have to use a fully fueled and completely intact truck.

3.4 The participants have to be on the TeamSpeak server and at the starting point about 30 minutes before the convoy starts.

3.5 Bring some time! You shouldn’t leave before the break.

3.6 Random road events have to be deactivated

we ask you to switch off all options that could disturb game flow.

4. TeamSpeak and CB-Radio

4.1 The TeamSpeak-Rules are binding!

4.2 In addition: You are NOT allowed to cause confused talking. After repeated requesting you will be asked to use push-to-talk.

4.3 The Convoyleader has ONE whisperlist for ALL channels.

This whisperlist is used when complaints or important things are passed through. Every participant would hear this.

4.4 In CB-Radio you’re neither allowed to yell nor to insult.

4.5 The convoyleader won’t be reachable in CB-Radio but in TeamSpeak.

4.6 Information won’t be given via CB-Radio but exclusively via Chat and TeamSpeak.

4.7 You have to stay in the channel of your own forwarding company (except in the break for example).

5. Tollgate

5.1 Tollgates have to be taken as the ConSec/VDS directs it to you.

5.2 The order has to stay after EVERY tollgate like it was BEFORE.

6. Start

6.1 You can drive the order from the TeamSpeak-server. It will be the equal one as on the server.

6.2 The order is binding as well as the order of the drivers.

6.3 Everyone has to be ready during the start.

6.4 Pay attention to the order and exit one by one.

7. Breaks

7.1 Breaks are usually 15 minutes long.

7.2 Within a lengh of 2500 km there’s provided only one break.

7.3 During the breaks, the high beam remains off!

7.4 During the breaks, the beacons remain off!

7.5 During the breaks, horn and fanfare remain off!

7.6 Likewise, engines and revers gears remains off!

8. Ending

8.1 At the end everyone should place well to make a picture.

8.2 The rules above also apply at the ending

9. Pictures

9.1 All images should be without menu items, mirrors, names and chat.

9.2 At the ending an email address will be released where you can send your pictures as a packed file.

10. Videos/Livestreams/YouTube

10.1 You can give your links to your livestreams in advance so that they can be published before.

10.2 Links to YouTube channels can be sent to me (TeSa) as well to publish them on Facebook or on the homepage.

11. Exclusion from the convoy

11.1 Drivers who do NOT respect the rules will be excluded.

11.2 In case of passing the rules from the MP additionally admins are informed, if necessary with video proof.

11.3 The Convoyleader, the ConSec/VDS and the present TruckersMP-Team at any time reserves the right to exclude drivers and forwarding companies from the convoy.

If necessary this is also done by a ban.
